I've been here at WahMai for 2 years. The property manager Gabby is amazing. Very attentive. The maintenance here is extremely on top of anything that needs to get done. There are cameras all over the property. Ive loved living here and I know you will too.
What can I say? The price is good and it’s nice place to live.
My husband and I have lived at Wah-Mai since March and the manager is the sweetest most hardworking and driven managers I’ve been in contact with in the area. She keeps the property clean, safe, and running as efficiently as she can. It’s a great location for a family as well being right down the road from a large park.
I have lived in this complex for 13+ years now, and have not had any problems with the management. She has been making improvements to the property, as quickly as she can. Having to deal with multiple contractors is always a challenge, but she can only do what she can. If an issue arises, fill out a maintenance form, and they will get the problem fixed. This is an old complex, est 1948. It was neglected for years, but it's better than it was when I moved in. Keep up the good work, Gabbi!!
