First of all, trying to look at the menu and place our orders outside of the restaurant while other customers are trying to pay for their hot deli food is very inconvenient. Getting our own drinks is fine, but once our food came there was no one around to ask for things like mayo. Having to get up and leave the restaurant to ask for things like that is not cool.
