I've been avoiding it with the bad reviews. Surprisingly good food. I was actually shocked how good my burger was, especially for 6 bucks. Just a nice simple burger, seared right, crispy fresh veggies, and the right ratio of sauce to not be dry. The service is a bit odd since it's fast food style, order at a counter then find a table with your number, but then have to order beer separately at the bar. First and last time there. It took over an hour to get our food. My burger was wrong and the shake tastes water based (I didn't complain because what's the point? Wait another hour?) 3 minutes before the 1 hour mark since we submitted the order. I went to the bar and asked for a refund. Just as I say that the kitchen doors open and all our food shows up. This review is for the Wahlburgers at crossroads in Rochester. The service is pretty hit or miss: a bunch of high schoolers that haven’t been trained in restaurant or hospitality. The food gave me terrible stomach pains and diarrhea. Not coming back ever to this location. West circle drive location: The bar at West Circle Drive is great! Joe is the bartender during happy hours and he’s incredibly good at tending bar. The food at this location has never made me sick. Get it together at the crossroads Hyvee!
