My friends & I had a great experience!! The franchise owner, Gina was making rounds & stopped at our table & chatted for a bit. The staff was fun, friendly & very accommodating! The food was as expected. The portions were large (I took half my burger & onion rings home!!). and reasonably priced. (The Wahl sauce was delicious!!!!) I'm a huge NKOTB fan going back to childhood & I liked that my fandom was appreciated!! Thank you for a fun & memorable day!!! I will def be back!!!! ����� ���

The hostess was very nice and friendly. We got to our table with only wanting for them to clean it off. The service was good. Although it did feel like the food took a very long time to come out as we have 2 kids, we would go back again. The burger that I had was cooked perfect and the mushrooms I could have eaten a whole cup full :) they are that good. We drove 2 hours out of our way just to eat there for our first time. It was awesome! Best hamburger I've ever had. The government cheese is the secret. lol. We tried Alma's Mac n Cheese which was fabulous. The sweet potato tots were delicious. The location,atmosphere and furnishings were wonderful. The staff was super friendly and very on top of there game. We will definitely be eating there again in the future. We hope to see Alma's favorite son (Paul,Donnie,Mark ? Lol) next time! We took the SunRail to Church Street and walked to your restaurant. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the nicest hostess who explained how everything worked and took us right to our table. Mark was our server, although he looked VERY different than in the movies! � The burgers and tots were fast and delicious!!! Maybe a little salty, but who doesn't like that?! We loved the atmosphere and the food! We'll definitely be back! ��
It's right across the street from my office so I decided to give it a try. The hostess was nice but annoyingly energetic. I ordered "The Melt" and it tasted like a block of salt between two salted pieces of Texas toast cooked in salted butter. $15 for a salt lick, shoestring onion "rings" and an Arnold Palmer is an assurance I won't be back. So many better options in downtown that don't make your blood pressure skyrocket from a mountain of sodium.

Took my husband there for his birthday dinner! He loved it. Great food, Great service, and he loved the atmosphere of the restaurant!
I thought it was ok, pretty standard burgers. The bacon was so thin and I'm sure it was a prepackaged precooked cheap bacon. The caramelized onions were way over cooked. The pickles were cheap tasting. All in all it was an expensive standard burger.
