We had a party of 6 and went for lunch. The service was good and the food was great. Our food arrived hot and was delicious. We loved the atmosphere and all had a great time!
We arrived at lunch time on a Friday, they were busy. A hostess greeted us and ask was this our first time, we said yes. She explained how things worked and found us two seats at the bar almost immediately. The bartender/waitress was prompt and courteous. Our order did not take very long to arrive and was indeed delicious. I was honored to find out they did a military discount. Overall this was a pleasant and rewarding experience. Our appreciation to the staff that took care of us!!
Vacationing Orlando, my daughter attended a concert at BackBooth. While she was at the concert we walked down to church street and saw Walhburgers. We had seen the TV show with Mark Walhburg and decided to try it out. We sat at the bar and immediately felt at home. I had the "OFD" "Original from Dorchestah" with tater tots. The burger was great. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by someone who explained our dining options. We chose the full service and were quickly greeted by someone who took our drink order and then our server Paul. Everyone in this place was pleasant and very friendly. Our food was delivered rather quickly and to our surprise the food was cooked perfectly and hot! My family likes burgers rare and most places won't serve any meat less than medium. Everything was great! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers!
Some of the best burgers we have ever had and the sloppy joe is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place if you are near one.
Food was great. Waited for almost 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the front---despite several employees looking at us (although they were deep in a personal conversation about a shirt!). Finally someone sweeping the floor asked if we had been helped and seated us. They need to work on front of house greeting and customer service. Other than that, food was awesome and the server did a good job.
Food was AMAZING! But the staff in the front of the restaurant seemed really overwhelmed and disorganized. Don't think we'll visit the downtown location again, but I'm looking forward to the opening of the Waterford Wahlburgers!
