Wonderful family experience
Wow top notch experience! I visited the downtown Orlando Wahlburgers before the NKOTB concert on 7/13/19. I of course was hoping to get to see Donnie Wahlberg and waited in line for 2 hours just to get into the building due to the amount of people in line. However, the staff was on point handing out free samples of fresh and hot tots and onion strings, cold water and ice cream! They continuously kept the people waiting up to date on Mr. Wahlberg’s ETA. on July 14th/19 we went for lunch our waiter and the food were absolutely wonderful!! I was so excited to go for the first time!! the hostess and her partner behind merchandise counter could of been friendlier and did not acknowledge me when I walked up to buy a shirt as one of them was counting change so I said I would come back later...not a word from them ...not a we will be right with you...they completely ignored me...I was upset by this...not Wahlberg values for sure!! Love this place. Never disappoints us. Yes it’s a little wait but small price to pay for some great service and good food
Gotta say the staff was fantastic at handling the wrapped line today before the concert. They have our samples of food and ice water. I mean how great it is that they made sure this ginormous line had water in the Florida heat. Just in that aspect I was amazed. The service once we sat was fantastic, our server was fun, and on top of everything. The food was pretty good and hot all while restaurant was super packed. We were there today and it was super packed, but because of the great staff the two hour wait wasn’t bad at all. The staff here is some of the nicest I have encountered at any dining establishment they were so amazing!!!
