The food was great. The service was great until it was time to leave. We had sat for several minutes waiting for our check. We finally threw the credit card out on the bar. A few of the bartenders saw it and still didn't say anything. One finally came and asked if we wanted a refill on a drink, which we declined and told her we just needed to pay. We went yesterday on my birthday..The food was delicious and we will be back.
Not impressed at all. The burgers were disappointing - poor quality meat. Best thing we ordered were the tater tots. Save yourself time and head to Burgerfi.
I dined in on Friday afternoon for lunch, and while I will say your food was wonderful, I cannot say enough about your excellent service. Larry was our server, and was probably one of the best I've had anywhere. He was exceptional and definitely did a great job representing your brand. My bf and I came here. Mostly I am nkotb fan. He is a chef and I hoped he will enjoy it. Turned out The food and atmosphere delicious. Was told an hour wait but we got the bar. In 20 min we were seated. Everything was delicious. Jeff was awesome. Kelly made my sangria and it was delicious. We are definitely coming back again !!

Afternoon, I went to your restaurant Friday night and it was beautiful, no wait, perfect but 1st the floor was really greasy . The burgers presentation bello but the meat didn't have NO flavor at all not even their own flavor, nothing, the bread crumble in a second and the rest was ok, I thought I was going to be blown away because of the reputation but it was ok. Not impress

Melissa, Thank you so your for your feedback. Bread issue has been taken care of as well as the floor. ( that was a simple issue the wrong chemical being used on the floor. It chemical was a kitchen chemical that was supposed to rinsed off. Unfortunately we didn't catch it be our doors were open.)But I would like to hear more about the rest of your experience. The service was terrible! Food wasn't that great at this location. They need to evaluate the staff here it is unacceptable.
