My family and I were there a few weeks ago and had a terrific experience. The greeter, Shona, was so friendly and helpful. Even though it was extremely busy, she managed to handle the crowd with ease and passed us along to Chris who quickly set us up at our table. Once we were seated, Charles waited on us and was so attentive. He helped me choose the patty melt which was AMAZING! This was my first time at Wahlburgers and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Came here after my daughters graduation at the Amway and we walked all the way from there to be disappointed...I had the BBQ bacon burger it was flavorful but the bun seemed dry and gritty and the onion rings...more like thin onion shreddings had to get used it and it was under cooked and cold! My daughter had the melt and macaroni salad...The salad absolutely dry and not so good returned them for the tots. Also ordered the nutella fluff and banana for dessert but to go...they burnt one side and when we opened the to go box ... read more

Food was excellent...had the our burger with tots and a black and white milkshake...soo good. And they cook it the way you like it. The service was great as well. Loved the decor..will definitely be back soon!
