They will take the easier approach, ruin a wire harness on a headliner (which they say was not really included) instead of just unplugging it. I had to order a new wire harness. I reached out to them and asked if they would refund the 135$ for the wire harness and they wouldn’t budge. They seemed really nice and professional when I ordered the parts, it’s just unfortunate they wouldn’t at least meet me halfway. I spent 6 hours round trip going here.
