Tom was did the Inspection for our new house, He was amazingly thorough making sure that everything was documented and made sure we were aware of any thing big or small. Absolutely TERRIBLE! Set date and time for service, never showed up or even called to cancel. When tried to reschedule, they did it again - set date and time and then never showed up or called to cancel. Doesn't respond to calls. I took off from work to be home for the times they said they would be there, completely unprofessional and a waste of time. I will be filing a claim against this company.
