Would not recommend for inspection or radon. I bought a house after having an inspection from them and have had constant issues that weren’t identified. Multiple contractors that also do inspections said the house should have failed inspection. As for radon, communication is lacking. I actually still have not gotten confirmation that my levels are where they should be. Even without that being done my check has been cashed which in the contract should not happen.

Tom was did the Inspection for our new house, He was amazingly thorough making sure that everything was documented and made sure we were aware of any thing big or small. He also let us know of possible future outcomes that we needed to look for or prepare for. Thank you, tom, for your amazing work an being a big part of our home buying process.
