I am absolutely pleased with Wahida!! She has helped me to get my health on tract. I recommend her her to anyone who will listen. She is attentive, caring and has compassion for any of my concerns. The office staff is friendly too.
Horrible customer service on verifying visit eligibility. Schedule an in-office visit and then it was switched to virtual per the office. The office called the morning of the virtual visit to cancel due to time between visits. How can an office operate with not checking the patient's file until the day of the scheduled visit? Poor customer service and experience. I do not recommend TGH or any of their affiliate offices - poor customer service all around.
