Multiple occasions and can’t get responses from the office, or get my medication refilled. This has happened twice now. First time went 28 days before they sent it and now we’re going on 2 weeks for the second time. Staff is nice but can’t return calls. Absolutely do not recommend. Doesn’t care if you’re on and off medication. Oh and you have to go through a call center that is in a different country and absolutely useless because they don’t actually pass the information along. It’s medical malpractice in my opinion.
