This law office IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! DO NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU'RE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR A GOOD QUALITY ATTORNEY!! I hired Wagstaff after seeing an ad on television for ADHD being linked to heavy metal being in baby food!! Very poor communication. Keeps texting me that I can text (since I sleep in the day and work at night) so I text them. They do not answer my texts, and instead keep texting me that I can text them. Then I get an email saying that I have not reached out and they are assuming that I am not interested. I HAVE BEEN TEXTING AS I WAS TOLD I CAN! These guys need to get it together, seriously.

My mom won her settlement over round up she recieved one check for half of it but the bank will not cash it because it has a hold on it and wagstaff will not honor the agreement to give her a new check she can cash its been going on for over one year now and she has recieved NOTHING so the first of December Im going to hire another law firm to sue them and let the media know what crooks they really are

OMG! Please don't use this law firm. I had waited for about 5 years also. Bard mesh company had settled with me for $44,000. T lawyers got over $16,000. i accidentally received $8000 according to one of the attorneys at the firm. I wasn't supposed to get anything until they went through all my old medical bills to see if I owed them anything . what!!. so I have been waiting on the rest of the money they said I might not receive depending on if I owe any medical bills, which I don't.

They love your money. They will pull an act to get more of your money. They will even totaly tick off a federal bankruptcy judge . You may never see your injury payout because it is more important to them to keep your payout , ALL OF IT. Shame on Andrus Wagstaff.

I decided to let them handle a case approximately 5 years ago and counting. I have completed paperwork numerous times and when I call to get an update a different person is handling my case in which I basically have to update them rather than them updating me on my case. It seems as if they are finding any way possible to prolong the case and find reason to withhold payout. It will be interesting to see how this ends.

I signed up with them for the Texas Freeze Claim in Feb 2021. I sent all information and photos by mail. I have called many times to get updated on the Case. I left numerous phone messages and sent email, no one has bothered to get back to me. Friday Oct 29th, instead of getting the Recorded Message, I got a message stating that their phone number had been disconnected. I would say that they ran out of SCAMS or got caught up with. They wasted a lot of my time and effort getting all of the information to them with hopes... read more
