RecommendedWags & Whiskers is the absolute best groomer in town. We have an American Bulldog that HATES his feet touched so trimming his nails is a chore for anyone. We took him to two of the vets in town who said they would have to sedate him completely out to trim his nails as neither of them could get more than 5 of his nails trimmed. We took him to Wags & Whiskers and asked them to try to cut them but if they couldn't, it was okay. They told us he did great and they were able to cut all of his nails. First time my boy had ever been to the groomers and he did absolutely wonderful.!!! I was a little nervous that he was freak out but the ladies said he did perfect.!! On top of smelling so much better and feeling so soft, he can sure pull off the cute Christmas bandana they put on him.!! Overall,we are absolutely happy with our visit and the staff there are very friendly.!!!

We just arrived in town from NC (fleeing hurricane florence). After two days of riding in a car our little shih tsu got carsick. We called wags and whiskers and explained our situation. Although they were about to close, they gave us directions and waited for us, bathed our fur baby, and even gave him a handsome bandana and a bow. They were so sweet and gentle with our poor traumatized boy. If we lived here, we wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else.

Our puppy, Brody, is very feisty and I was afraid he would be hard to groom. The girls did amazing with him. He looks so cute with his new cut and he was giving them kisses before he left so I know he was treated very well. I will be taking him back in the future.

They are very professional, courteous, know you and your pet by name and they do exceptional work!
First and only groomer I will take my Kylo to. He loves them more than us! He obviously felt so comfortable, it being his first time ever in 2 years, thay he let them do everything and didn't bat an eye. I can't even wrestle and hold him down to cut one nail. So much cheaper than I anticipated also. Even had a xl doggy raincoat that I've wanted to get, for $20! Bring cash or check btw. No cards excepted. Love them!
