The first time I used Wags 2 years ago I was very satisfied with the care my dog received. Recently she stayed for 2 and a half days. When I picked her up she was thinner and lethargic. She was ill for 2 days after.

My dog initially would not enter the facility due to anxiety but the owner who is like a "Ceasear Millan" came to the rescue and was able to get her in quite easily with his expert techniques. Thank you Wags for being patient with my min pin.

I brought my newly adopted foster dog to Wags with a lot of questions - wanting to be sure that it would be a good fit for my sweet, shy guy. Amanda and her coworker were absolutely amazing. They walked through all my questions and concerns and had a full report for me about my pooch at the end of his first full day. I love that they don’t use wire crates (have kennels in and out of the play area) and that the dogs get to take breaks so they are over stimulated to keep the floor at a good level of energy. I boarded my for 4 days after she had been evaluated as a good match for their facility. My 6 year old dog had never been away from home. When I picked her up she was in good spirits and was so tired from all the activities she slept through most of the next day!
