I boarded my for 4 days after she had been evaluated as a good match for their facility. My 6 year old dog had never been away from home. When I picked her up she was in good spirits and was so tired from all the activities she slept through most of the next day!
A dog died here due to employee neglect. The dog fell out of a cage overnight because the stacked kennel the dog was placed in was not properly locked. Management forces work onto a single person while the rest sit on their phones or go and do whatever they want. One of the "trainers" admitted to intentionally coaxing an aggressive dog into jumping over the fence by throwing a ball into a "private care" yard with dogs intentionally placed separately due to their aggression. We made reservations ahead of time and they didn’t record them. When we brought our dog there were no reaervations nor space available four our dog. New owners, bad service, they don’t care.
