I brought my newly adopted foster dog to Wags with a lot of questions - wanting to be sure that it would be a good fit for my sweet, shy guy. Amanda and her coworker were absolutely amazing. They walked through all my questions and concerns and had a full report for me about my pooch at the end of his first full day. I love that they don’t use wire crates (have kennels in and out of the play area) and that the dogs get to take breaks so they are over stimulated to keep the floor at a good level of energy. I boarded my for 4 days after she had been evaluated as a good match for their facility. My 6 year old dog had never been away from home. When I picked her up she was in good spirits and was so tired from all the activities she slept through most of the next day!

A dog died here due to employee neglect. The dog fell out of a cage overnight because the stacked kennel the dog was placed in was not properly locked. Management forces work onto a single person while the rest sit on their phones or go and do whatever they want. One of the "trainers" admitted to intentionally coaxing an aggressive dog into jumping over the fence by throwing a ball into a "private care" yard with dogs intentionally placed separately due to their aggression.
