Less than great experience – I checked this place out before hand and the employees seemed kind and pleasant, and the place relatively clean and organized (a little smelly but not abnormally so for a kennel). They wouldn't let me go see the area where the dogs were kept (I understand this is standard policy at most places) but they showed me on a b&w monitor the dogs in a large area. Waste of Time – I selected this place because they are one of the few that shave cats and it was on my way to work, thinking I could save some time. WRONG!! This place was the biggest waste of time ever. I brought him down on the day of the appointment and the groomer was MIA. After about 20 minutes of wasted time, the girl at the front got a hold of the groomer only to learn that she does not shave cats.
