I'm not sure which office website to leave the review in so I'll post in both. I highly recommend Eddie Wagoner for anyone needing a gas and oil lawyer. His knowledge of the law is top-notch, and he gave me solid direction of the next steps. I will definitely be utilizing him as I move forward with my rights as a land owner since the laws are written to favor the companies.
Eddie Wagoner was extremely helpful in providing us with an opinion on the purchase of land which we were not aware that we owned the mineral rights. He was very fast in responding to our inquiry. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Wagoner if this matter is not resolved with the previous land owners.
I called looking for answers on a few questions I had and Mr, Wagoner was able to answer every question! He helped me understand the process of my situation. He was very knowledgeable and kind!
