I saw a comment that said cheap rent for a nice place. I don't qualify for low income so "cheap rent" does not apply to everyone. It's more like $2500 (studio) & up. Also to buy a condo in this area requires more than $150k for a down payment. INSANE!!

I write a bad review for Wagon wheel family Apartment I been the house list for like like 10 years still haven't got a place yet they send you application to your neighbors address then neighbors address when you call see what you status is on waiting list they yell at you it like they try kick you off list I write this review I'm not Happy way they treat . Whoever is the mangers need be fired you don't treat people like that
Better than portofino on C st. Getting living room windows cleaned is not part of regular maintnence. Some incline on athtetic details have slacked since 2014.
