Great place for used parts. Their phone etiquette is not the best always. However, how would you feel if people are constantly ringing your phone off the hook? Most of the time its dumb questions being asked or no vehicle info on hand to properly assist the caller. I absolutely love this place...

The worst place I've ever been to or called the are very rude and unhelpful not only was I on hold for a half hour they insulted me for asking about my vehical saying I must be stupid for thinking they had that.very sad america and getting worse.
