Heard great things about Wagner's Ribs... so we decided to give them a try since we live so close by. Placed the order at 5:32 p.m. yesterday, probably a 10 minute phone call. I was given the total of $99.62, which I thought was pretty high for four people for takeout. I was told the wait time was 30 to 45 minutes. I arrived at 6:15 waited in a long line just to pay the bill. I noticed some differences in price then what was on the website. There's a lot of Wagner's menus out there Unfortunately they have nothing to do with us... customers put them out their. companies try to get business from us put them out there and they just leave them
Ordered over $100 of food, took two hours to get here, everything was cold, nothing but attitude, forgot a whole meal, forgot sides, forgot things on on orders, sauces spilled all over the food. Called to tell them and they gave nothing but attitude and told us to call Uber like it was ubers fault. Gave no refund only re cooked two burgers and they were not what originally ordered. We try to eat a Wagners on a regular basis especially, when relatives are in town. Yesterday 6/20/2020, we went to the restaurant with a group of 6 (everyone 21). Due to COVID-19, we endured a wait a little longer than we are used to - we were fine with that. We were seated after an approximate 55 minute wait; given our flatware and menus by an extremely polite member of your wait staff. Unfortunately we have to be that rigid. The state doesn't give us any gray are to work in. you get carded you present a valid ID. Paper does not cut it ,It's duplicated to easily.. I don't think Wagner's Is making you do anything special for covid 19. Once again its the state dictating what we do ...

Great ribs and Mac and cheese
Yesterday, we drove to the beach from South Valpo. We have always enjoyed Wagoners, through the years. So we placed our order for take out from the online menu, which says, Half rack-$13.99. Cool. They were, instead Half rack-$18.99. That’s quite a hike! They were really just okay. Online menu should be updated!
