My husband and I attended the Elvis Dinner and a show event. We purchased front row seats, and when we checked in, we were assigned a front row table. We walked to the table, and some very rude people told us that the one seat open was reserved. We went back to check-in, and nothing was done about the rude people in our seats. We were told to sit in the second row because there were empty seats. I felt like the employee didn't want to have to deal with them. Very bad customer service.
