All I can say is Buyer Beware. They will take your money and run. If I could give zero stars I would. This is how shady they are. I called to ask if I could have them come out to start my sprinkler system. The lady on the phone said, "We're running a special on the spring start-up and fall shut down. We discussed the price and what that covered. At no time was I offered any other options. More importantly, at no time was I told this was a no money back situation. I just moved into a new development and unfortunately the developer had a contract with Wagner's to do the irrigation and landscaping. Myself and my neighbors have all had numerous conversations about the terrible service we've ALL experienced. Speaking from my personal experience with them, there was an issue where they were installing our neighbors irrigation, after ours had been installed for a few months. They were very helpful and willing to educate me on the process of replacing sprinkler heads. They went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated. They now have a customer for life, once again thank you !
Two weeks and still waiting for a call back or response to a quote request and a second email follow up. Just *crickets* Quotes from competitors within two days. Some people looking for a job if I owned the company. Where is their customer service?
