The roof of our house was installed 2007. When a few roof shingles got blown off the roof during the storm in 2018, I called Wagner and they sent people and fixed it immediately with no charge. In 2026, between the heavy snow storms and the strong winds, quite a few roof shingles got blow off the roof. Wagner replaced the roof on my home with a previous owner. Their contract states 25 year guarantee on the roof, but when I call to get a few shingles repaired on my roof from a storm, I don't even get a call back. If you're considering them for their "guarantee" or even decent communication, look elsewhere.
