They do not clean the beds from the previous renters. There are roaches, hair, and bugs in the bedrooms which is absolutely disgusting. The beds themselves are extremely creaky and it’s impossible to fall asleep here. You get a nice view, but it’s just not worth it for the surplus of other problems you will have.

Wagner Realty is by far the most outstanding realtor in this area. When were were dealing with a very difficult landlord to break the lease for various reasons, Bonnie Wiedeman stepped in. She took control of this challenging situation and handled it like the pro she is. If you are looking for either a seasonal or annual rental, Wagner is the only realtor to consider. Renter Beware! Rented a home from owner in 2016 for 2017. Lease for 2017, had first right for current renter to be able to rent for following year. Owner signed up with Wagner who found a renter for 2018 without even offering place to current renter. Wagner kept saying it was owners right but Wagner should have reviewed lease terms before pulling rug out from under current renters.
