We rented a townhouse at XXXX XXth Lane West Palmetto, Fl. from Anthony D, a employee of Wagner Realty, on 04-14-2016 to 03-31-2017. When we moved in the carpet was a mess with spots all over it and needed stretching in several places. We ask for it to be cleaned and he would not but said he would remember it at the end of the lease. We have settled this amicably with tenant. Incidentally, the tenant never gave anyone from Wagner Realty the opportunity to discuss this with him other than Tony D. and the property owner. Had he called our corporate office this would certainly have been handled in a timely manner. Wagner Realty prides itself in our customer service.
