I guess you're SOL when living in apartments and not getting to decide who is used for fumigation. The tech who showed up was very rude and impatient earlier today. He was clearly having a bad day however leave that at home.

I live in an apartment in NPHX and had mandatory spraying/inspecting today. yesterday, i called and the lady on the phone was more than happy to help me to let me know more of an exact time they would be coming by, even calling me back when she didn’t have an answer right away. the man came today and was very kind and answered all of my questions. i hate hate hate pest control because it’s so bad for our health, but the customer service was fabulous!
I was told by my apartment complex to clean out cabinets, drawers, countertops etc. If not, I would be charged $175 and receive a 10 day lease violation for non compliance. I was told this was a new company and they were exterminating the whole building for roaches. I keep a pretty clean apartment but sometimes when tenants move out, roaches scatter.
