I went to Wagner’s looking for trees/bushes for privacy and found a few nice options. I was told someone would call me in the next few days to look at the area and set a date for them to be planted. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO!!! No call yet!!! This is the second time they have brushed off my business and will not waste my time with them any more. Definitely do not shop there!!!
this company does not keep their inventory up to date. they advertise they have a product, but when you get there, they can't find it, and then they tell you they JUST sold it. And then they ask you again, what are you looking for? Days later, they still advertise they have it, but can't find it. you can even order what they can't find on line. they take your cc info and everything..but don't expect to receive it, cause they don't carry it. my opinion, this company is a joke

I was really impressed with Doug Jr.'s knowledge and responses to my questions. I like his eye for design. He and his crew were great to work with and very nice people. Highly recommend Wagner Nursery. We plan to do additional work to our back yard next year, and we will definitely be contacting them. All plants, flowers and trees were beautiful. Job well done! The staff was incredibly helpful and know their stuff! Their selection is huge and they take care of their plants- I saw 3 different employees watering plants in just the hour that I was there! Not to mention, they have a year warranty on all their plants, which I did not realize until after I got home. Highly recommend and will be returning myself 😊
