Awesome experience from start to finish. I contacted Don through the internet about what I was looking for and within two days was contacted back with exactly what I was looking for. Seen a bike i liked on there website, called and checked the availability. Within the hour i had a contract made out and the bike was mine. Dealt with Brendan who was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.
I purchased a beautiful '24 Challenger from Wagner MotorSports in July. There was a slight hickup because of the title but they went above and beyond keeping me updated and making it right. I personally dealt with Don Westberg who was simply awesome, made me feel right at home and even helped me outside after the sale which was appreciated beyond words because I was so nervous. My BMW R18B was having a constant trouble warning That was very difficult to determine where the actual trouble was. Yes, I was frustrated to be without my bike for 2 months almost but the team at wagner kept me apprised all the way Well they themselves had to follow the guidelines of b m w germany. It was finally determined to be the wiring harness that was replaced. It all seems to be good.. The service manager Paul and his assistant Jack Casey were patient with me and are great at dealing with customers.
