Excellent from start to finish. I visited Wagner on Thursday and test rode a chief dark horse. I had one more bike I wanted to try at another dealer, which they were aware of and let me test ride and leave with no pressure, no attempt to get me to leave a deposit, just a promise to check in with me in a couple of days. I purchased a new 2026 BMW S1000RR and began experiencing a recurring issue with the quick shifter shortly after the break-in service. The motorcycle was brought back for the same issue multiple times, with repair attempts on 6/27, 7/1, and 7/17. After the problem occurred again, Wagner picked the motorcycle up on 8/4 and performed another repair.
