Update: 6/26 The new manager is doing a wonderful job! We had a problem resident who has been removed much like an unwanted weed in the yard. Thanks for that! Nice pool and spa areas, clubhouse and laundry facilities. I haven't quite figured out the cleaning schedule for the common areas. It might just get hosed down once in awhile but I'm not sure on that. Corporate owned should tell you everything!
Update 5/2026 - If you have a dog do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of Wagner! While dogs are allowed the previous Mgr apparently hated them. A new mgr has already accused my dog of being aggressive (I think she is mistaking my dog for another but hasn't responded to my email, not a good start for her. Please don't accuse residents without evidence.) Dogs are allowed in the tiny dog park, or out one of the gates. But they are not allowed to pee or poo anywhere in between. Ridiculous! Update 5/2026 - Mgmt has allowed a resident into the park and this man has attacked another senior resident who spent 10 days in hospital with a broken hip. He threw him to the ground. So far, they have not kicked him out even though the police are involved. WAGNER PARK IS CURRENTLY NOT SAFE DUE TO THIS MAN. This is only my opinion and is protected free speech.
