I have lived in the park for 3 years and have not had any problems. To quote mgmt "It's not the Ritz" but it's alright. Nice pool and spa areas, clubhouse and laundry facilities. I haven't quite figured out the cleaning schedule for the common areas. It might just get hosed down once in awhile but I'm not sure on that. Corporate owned should tell you everything!

Made a new customer in the park really nice people other people around the park for great as well Wave to a couple and they wave back Nice laid-back place

We love it here so much that we bought in the park and sold our RV. But, it funky, quite a few year round residents, and everyone is a character. So it might not be the right place for every one. I would say it’s a very liberal park with a diverse set of people. There is a large heated pool, a hot tub and jacuzzi, all mineral spring water. They have frequent events that are actually enjoyable. No Pickleball court.
