Not good. Took two tries to fix my heat. First time lasted for two weeks then failed with same issue. Second time lasted 18 hours. Total charged close to $1,800. Call different repair service (TLC) who found the actual problem (controller board). That and a sensor cost me a little over $600. They really bad part is when Wagner asked me what I thought about their work, and I told them. Was first told would have to wait until Monday for appointment but when hearing 5e issue made time for Friday afternoon. Jesus was very respectful and professional talking through the options available. Shared information and spent a good deal of time trying to fix the issue
