I came to this location to inquire about rent stabilized/income restricted units . The receptionist Taisha was extremely snarky. To have a person with this type of unprofessional demeanor representing a well-known real estate agency is an atrocity. Management should really reconsider Having such an ill mannered individual being the face Such an esteemed Real Estate Agency. Please address this incompetent employees’ behavior, replace her or retrain her. Thank you
Please pay attention. If you aren’t actually selling a house and ready you won’t get assistance , or trying to get a hold of an apartment or if you aren’t South Asian (Indian like the realtor) you won’t get any type of support or assistance. I tired to get a apartment and I was ready to rent it and had said yes, had the money ready to get the apartment.
