Grateful that they come to Kilmarnock. So good to see Dr. Wagner this trip. They were extremely busy this time, but the wait is always worth it. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The young man who did the pretesting and drops was efficient, helpful and patient. Thank you!
Very pleased with the way Dr. Berg treated me. But he should have given me feedback and after visit notes. Instead I just got a message that I had to schedule a visit with Dr. Bernstein ASAP. Disappointed that Dr. Wegner did not explain anything. He just said we did not need an injection today and come back in two months.
Every aspect of my visit was efficient including waiting time overall such as time waiting between steps of the exam and actually seeing Dr. Berger. The only negative was my insistence that the use of dilatation drops had caused my blurry vision on my very first visit with Dr. Weiler in 10/24. My fears of this happening again proved true even after several of the nursing aides convinced me it would take a lot longer to see the doctor or that the solution only included 1% of the active ingredient.
