My primary contact is with the service writers. Both Larry and Chris have gone above and beyond several times. Larry solved a problem just a few days ago and his assistance is greatly appreciated.
Best Ford I've ever been to, highly recommend their service department. Traveling across a few states my engine just about blew out with no warning due to a recall. I was able to get my car towed to them and they immediately checked my vehicle out the next day. Right away their communication and honesty stood out to me.
