Worst parts department ever. Always losing parts, not getting parts when they say... give you the run around. All you ever hear is "I'm sorry!" Well sorry dosent fix our down machine. I've driven to Odessa a couple of times for parts. This place just sucks at customer service!! But what other options do we have. I can't drive to Odessa all the time! It don't help to complain. I've tried. Good luck!!!
