Trying to get a warranty claim done and I keep getting told they are busy and they will call back it has been 3 days and all I want to know is when can I get is fixed I getting annoyed Service writer was very nice but the service department communication sucks. I drop my car off day before and was not told that car was done early morning the next day I had to call around 2 pm and they said it was done since 10 am
I just purchased a pickup truck from Cardinal Buick GMC and was greeted by a very polite and friendly salesperson after entering the facility. Maddie was very professional and kind. Obtaining a "loaner vehicle" while my vehicle is being repaired (under warranty) is more difficult than getting the code to Fort Knox. It should not be that difficult. The response when requesting a "loaner" is..." We have to diagnose your vehicle before a vehicle can be requested" That is a GREAT way to obtain repeat customers.
