I was scheduled for an 8am service. It ended up being over a 2 hr wait. I was not kept up to date while I waited. I spend over 30k for my vehicle and I had less than 400 miles on it when I requested service. It has not been driven much since purchasing and having a bumper come loose is unacceptable to me and it should have been an easy in and out fix to my problem.
