Drove 2.5 hours to buy what I thought was a decent deal on a truck. Took it for a test drive and immediately noticed the brakes were completely shot and the driver side window didn't work. Made what I thought was a pretty reasonable offer given the issues ($950 off their $20,450 price), but was told "Sorry, we're a no-haggle dealership". If you expect customers to pay dealer retail prices, maybe you should offer retail ready vehicles.
They wouldn’t come down even 1 dollar on price I got a as is car so I know it’s not gonna be perfect but at least work on pricing with me and not tell me (this is just how we do business) the same stuff I was getting at other dealers they told me actually we are going to increase the price and the guy showed me the auto trader stats to pressure me to make a choice he showed me how many clicks and how many people stayed on the page and said well if you don’t get it we might have someone tomorrow buy it.
