I have a million dollar house in Corrales and called them to do work on the heating unit in one room. When they found out I had leased it out they refused saying they don't do "rentals". WTF?
Horrible service tech tried to hard sell my wife on a heater and told her she doesn't have to confer with her husband cause wife's make those decisions. We didn't get a heater and 4 years later the heater the tech swore would need replacement is still working fine.
