I’ve taken both of my dogs here several times and had a decent experience. Today was the first time they’ve done what I’ve asked.. however $72 for one dog is extreme, especially considering the most I’ve been charged there has been $60 (for the same dog). I’m definitely looking for a new groomer.
Rachel is amazing with our dog Kratos! She is always so sweet to him and does excellent work. Kratos is always excited to see her and looks so handsome after his appointment with her. Kratos gives her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The staff are very knowledgeable and loving to the animals. They’re nice to the pet owners too :)
Super friendly staff. Both of my dogs love going to Wag'N Tails, I never feel guilty leaving them there. Clean facility. And fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them.
