Paralyzed maltese, Boarded my two maltese & had them groomed over weekend, Yesterday, Waggy Tail called & said one of my baby's back legs not working. The vet & Xrays show traumatic spinal cord injury. Have & will have high vet bills. Waggy Tail denied mishandling; said owner would call; haven't herd from him. Don't think think it's locally owned; hire kids during the summer; high turn over. My baby has been shaking & in a lot of pain; refuses to eat or drink.
