What’s your opinion on gay dogs?
Very unprofessional. The man was drunk slurring homophobic words. Took my dog and left. I wouldn’t trust them with an animal.

This company is rude and unprofessional to customers and their concerns. They take no responsibility when pets are lost and play the “things happen” card when they don’t want to admit they are at fault.

Unfortunately after receiving information they were very rude to my spouse. You don't respond to a inquiring customer look at my website what more information can you want? Asking about how many dogs you board at a time and responding " I'm not comfortable answering that question" is a red flag. Afterwards they had the nerve to cancel my reservation which is fine. We left our wheaten terrier Kacey at Waggy Resort for 3 days last week. She had a great time playing with the other dogs and enjoying the whole family, She even slept with one of the boys! We were very happy with everything, They couldn't have been nicer to us and our girl. This will be our go to doggy resort from now on! Jim and Linda
