This place is very unprofessional, deceiving and dishonest. So I was interested in renting a property and the ignorant so called "realtor" Ann allowed me to apply for it. NOT ONCE did she mention there were applicants ahead of me until AFTER I applied, paid the application fee and got the call that I was approved and agreed to pay the security deposit on my lunch hour. She then called me back to tell me "Oh sorry I *FORGOT * that I had an approved applicant before you, she paid the deposit so I gave it to her". Such a waste ... read more

Dan & Roselyn have been absolutely great! Moving from another state is always rough let alone trying to find a rental. They made it all as easy as possible & had everything ready when we arrived. I had my doubts about dealing with a property management company but they actually cared that we were happy & satisfied. We love our new home & highly recommend this company!!!
