I was initially thrilled with the service, because they installed my carpet on very short notice. The quality of installation, however, was terrible. The seams are obvious by sight and feel (even through socks). My biggest issue is one of the doorways. I had to have somebody come back out the same day too redo it because the door wouldn't close. He refused the tack strip "Z bar" and it's already falling apart three months later. I'm going to end up having to pay someone to redo it again, which means my carpet not reach as fa... read more
My husband and I had the most beautiful carpet installed today! Randy was very helpful with our carpet choice. We knew what we wanted, and Randy lead us to the perfect choice.
