My dog first stayed at Waggin Tails in October 2016 for a week long stay. We were thrilled with the friendliness of the staff and were excited to read her report card. When we picked her up, one of her nails was bleeding from the complimentary nail trim. I've had dogs my whole life. I get it. Sometimes you catch the quick when trimming nails. RecommendedMy two dogs, Dora and Newton love Waggin Tails! They can't wait to play with their doggy friends in n daycare and they board together whenever I need to be out of town. The staff is so nice, professional and conscientious. I never worry about a thing because the care is excellent. There's a 24 hr. veterinarian attached to the facility, though, if any vet care isneeded. I will never take my dog there again. They did not feed him to his instructions that were in his chart and on his food container. Every time they fed him, they chose not to feed him correctly. Multiple staff would have fed him over the time he was there so it wasn't one person's fault. They didn't even realize the mistake until I pointed it out and then handled the situation very poorly in my opinion.
We've been bringing our dogs here for over a year. The staff go out of their way to make certain dogs get great care, and enjoy their time at 'The Dude Ranch". I had a very senior dog, and they always welcomed him by name, gave him two (very soft and warm) beds, and lots and lots of hugs. Currently have a dog who goes for day care- always happy to go.
I love Waggin tails doggy dude ranch! I take my puppy there for daycare almost every day. The staff is always super friendly and they show great care for the animals under their watch. My puppy is exhausted at the end of the day and he sleeps through the night. Doggy daycare is a great way to socalize your dog. Waggin' Tails gives me piece of mind knowing that my dog is able to have fun in a safe environment all day instead of sitting at home alone.
