POORLY MANAGED The business is poorly managed. Primarily in communication as they will say things in order to keep you happy when they have a project going but apparently have no intent on keeping the promises made. I am being very kind with words here as generally they are quite arrogant to deal with and certainly most unprofessional in manner and execution. Also check your building YOURSELF for square prior to them starting to build from the footing!!
