We took out little dogs to get groomed today, first off, they are BOTH MALE DOGS...so the lady there obviously didn't look down to far and thought he was a girl...so she put bows in his fur! But whatever its fine, honest mistake! What was so awful, is the lady wrapped rubber bands around my poor dogs fur and it was pulling his skin so tight! RecommendedI love this place. Everyone is always so friendly when I take my dog. They love her and my dog loves them. I use to take my dog to PetSmart and I would notice that she would whine and cling on to me when I would drop her off. I decided to make a change and when I took my dog to wag your tail she immediately had a much different reaction. She now loves it when I take her in and goes without a fuss. This place is horrible, abusive, dangerous, dirty, dark! Made two appointments last year, nobody there, business closed both times! Decided I'd give them one more change...Brought my shih-tzu in at 12:30p.m. Female at counter did not appear to me to be an animal lover; personality of a rock!
