Everything...Matt, the grooming. I have never boarded but I would expect a high standard. I drive by frequently and there is almost always a vehicle there and a light on.
Matt and Theresa are amazing! When I first started bringing my 40 pound yellow lab, pitbull mix to Matt to get her nails trimmed, it would take the three of us! Now I can hold her collar while Matt clips her nails! I've had her groomed once (with intentions of going more frequently!) and being that worked overnights at the time, Matt kept her for the day so she could play!
