We brought Lola here for the first time last week and she loved it! The staff was very nice and helpful. We came home with a bag full of treats that the pup can't get enough of. :)

I bought one of their pretty and expensive dog collars and after less than a month of use it just broke. I went back to the store and the staff were excessively unaccommodating. Not only would they not replace the collar but they wouldn't even give me a small discount if I were to purchase a replacement. Rude and unapologetic while dealing with an obviously defective piece of merchandise.
