The new location is fabulous. Hannah and Ben have been so great to bring place like this to Fort Worth.
The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. There's so many choices that I had to contain myself. The pups enjoyed the birthday cake and little ice cream cones!

Amazing customer service! I had a toy that I left alone with my puppy for like 3 minutes while I was cooking and needless to say he broke it. They were super friendly and gave me another because we had only had it for a few days. The staff is beyond friendly and the store in general is adorable.
