there was only one girl working and she got slammed with three orders and it took over 45 minutes to get our food. you need more workers in order to be efficient. one person shouldn’t be expected to do everything, mind you she was very sweet and handled the situation well. i just think you guys need more support.
The women that was taking our order was so sweet and made our whole experience seamless
Great workers, amazing customer service!
Staff was super helpful and friendly!!
We are from NE, and look forward to Waffle Love every time we visit. It always blows us away, but Emma arguably made the best waffles we’ve ever had today. She was extremely friendly and demonstrated exceptional customer service. Will be coming back forever.
