Ordered the Biscuits & Gravy at the To-Go window, that automatically adds gratuity of 10% to the cook and 10% to the person at the window. Got home & saw my biscuits were burnt black, like the Crayola Crayons. PLEASE check your food before pulling off, this is the 2nd time in 10 days my order was not as it should’ve been.
The people who work the serving window at night actively don’t try to get you your food on time. My order sat there for about 15 minutes when (per the Waffle House employee) I’m supposed to get a text message about the order being done and I had stood at the window 3 separate times and one said anything to me until finally I went up a 4th time at which point she looks down to the cart with about 4 other orders on it and says oh here you go… finally thanks it’s cold.
